Meeting Record No. 328

Meeting No. 328     Venue: Kaohsiung Medical University, Date: Jan. 16th, 2013
Time: 06:30 p.m. ~09:30 p.m.   (POT-LUCK Party and Joint-Meeting with KMU)
Meeting Theme: New Year
Attendant: Members (YSTC): 14 persons (Only 3 members were absent!)

Potluck Party:
Before the meeting, we had a wonderful and harvest potluck party. Guests and members had time feeling free to talk with each other during the one hour and enjoyed all delicious foods fully satisfied. Even the first comers, they enjoyed the event a lot. It was a good opportunity to introduce TM to guests. By the way, we could find some good cooks among all attendants and discussed about the recipe details. I personally believed that all attendants junior or senior, young or aged, loved the party. But please be reminded that there is always abundant food for us to dig in at a potluck party. So, dear all, spare your stomach without eating in advance when we have another potluck.

President: Austin Chien (YSTC) and Acting President: Ben Lin (KMU)
The joint meeting was opened by two gentlemen and they both did a great service to all members and guests.

Drama Shaw: David Chang and Judy Lai
It’s a show like the story about Romeo and Juliet. Though the performers David and Judy didn’t know each other and just did a rehearsal before the show time, it brought a lot of laughter from and to the audience. You would not believe that our Judy is a mom of two kids. Look at her figure and young dressing, you will envy her! Because of the show, members of KMU and YSTC must have some different thinking ways and motivation for involving in TM’s events and meetings.

Manual Speech : (Master: Austin Chien)
Austin prepared quite well to be the master of the evening and he gave sweet compliments to each speaker when introducing to the stage.

An old ginger, Doris always can gives members helpful comments and suggestions. With her smile, I believe that each evaluator must feel happy while been introduced to do his/her evaluation.

(Tracy 有話要說:
Appreciate sincerely to those who encouraged and complimented Tracy as it was a tough challenge for her. She got cold that morning and had severe sore throat the whole day, not to mention the dizzy brain. Fortunately, she completed the speech smoothly and did catch some audience’s eyes. It was very important not just because Tracy overcame her stage fright and feeling uncomfortable, but also because she received helpful feedback from you all. All of those will become the nutrition for her future speeches. Thank you and love you!)
